Andrew Macarthur is co-founder of Plasvacc and holds the position of Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Macarthur has extensive management and consultancy experience in the area of agribusiness and is a respected cattle-breeding advisor. He has also owned and overseen several rural properties.
Mr. Macarthur previously held the position of general manager of pastoral operations at Stanbroke Pastoral Company, Australia's largest pastoral company, which is recognised as being at the forefront of livestock research.
Mr. Macarthur has also recently been appointed Chairman of the board of Globe Management Group Pty Ltd, an emerging asset management company.
Mr. Macarthur holds a Masters of Business Administration from Bond University, and is currently completing a Masters qualification in Corporate Governance

Dr. Ross Wilson is co-founder of Plasvacc and holds the position of Chief Scientific Officer, overseeing the scientific, production and marketing operations of the business.
Dr. Wilson has had an extensive career in veterinary science research and clinic management. Until recently Dr. Wilson was the owner and principal of Boonah Veterinary Hospital, a mixed rural veterinary practice, where he acquired a breadth of industry expertise, including specialist knowledge in reproductive medicine and surgery, herd health consultancy and plasma production. As a scientific authority in the blood plasma therapy sector, the techniques developed and perfected by Dr. Wilson will provide the basis for ongoing development of new products at Plasvacc.
Dr. Wilson held the position of Official Cattle Veterinarian at the Royal National Agricultural & Pastoral Show for a period of 10 years and holds a Bachelor of Veterinary Science Degree from Queensland University.
Dr Wilson manages production, GMP, animal ethics and all R&D.

Mrs. Stanford has over 12 years of accountancy, financial control, and
management experience gained in small business through to large
public companies in Australia.
Mrs. Stanford joined Plasvacc after employment as a Chartered
Accountant specialising in business services and taxation with the
international accounting firm HLB Mann Judd. Before this she worked in
the Health Industry where she specialised in financial control and all
aspects of practice and clinic management.
In recent years Mrs. Stanford has expanded her managerial experience
and, with a focus on the health, hospitality, and property development
industries, assisted businesses with compliance and financial
management.

Dr Brandon has over 20 years experience in molecular immunology and molecular biology. After spending two years in veterinary practice, Richard completed his PhD studies in the Biochemistry Department at the University of Queensland. He has since spent time working at the Department of Agriculture (Victoria), Cornell University, the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and the Australian Equine Blood Typing Research Laboratory. More recently he founded Genetraks, a start-up biotechnology company developing immune system monitoring tests using gene expression. He is a director of the company that now owns Genetraks’s intellectual property. He has also consulted to Imugene, an ASX listed animal vaccine company, and Scientists and Industry Against Blood Doping (SAIB).
His role at Plasvacc includes assisting Dr Ross Wilson in managing the animal resources, GMP, production and the R&D programme.

Graham has been involved in the sales and marketing of veterinary
pharmaceuticals with several multinational manufacturers over the last
20 years. He was also involved in the development of a veterinary
wholesaler giving him a strong understanding of the distribution
networks across Australia.
Previously he held management positions with multinational companies
servicing the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and Pharmaceutical
markets.
Graham holds a special interest in selling products that boost an
animal’s own immune response to fight disease. |

Karen has had 25 years experience and worked in a variety of accounting and administrative positions including real estate and retail sales. She has been with Plasvacc since 2003 and is currently Office Manager, responsible for the every day running of the office including: accounts receivable, accounts payable, overseas freight and wages. As a long time employee Karen is also a shareholder in Plasvacc.

Prior to employment at Plasvacc Maree worked as a manager in the catering industry.
Maree commenced employment with Plasvacc in early 2000 and has gained a Certificate II in Veterinary Nursing through recognition of prior learning.
Being Plasvacc’s Senior Pheresis Technician Maree is in charge making sure that the donor herds are well looked after, employing staff, staff training, ordering and receiving inventory, despatch and organising the staff roster.
Maree is also a shareholder in the company.

Prior to employment at Plasvacc Katie obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science in Animal Studies, specialising in native Australian animals. Since starting at Plasvacc she has gained a Certificate II in Veterinary Nursing through recognition of prior learning and is a fully trained Pheresis Technician. She is currently head of Quality Control which involves sterility testing, liaising with quality control organisations and batch release.
Katie is also a shareholder in the company.
